Tarih:  Date

Dear MFBE Students,

As TED University Elementary Mathematics Teaching students, we aim to get to know our alternative fields of study before graduating and to improve ourselves in various fields accordingly. For this situation, we organize "Step by step to Career Meetings" in order to facilitate our career journey.

With this way, to learn the basics of computational thinking and algorithmic thinking, which are rapidly progressing and being developed in the education world; In order to understand the place of programming, which is the building block of algorithmic thinking and computational thinking, in mathematics education, a workshop which is the first of our series for technology in mathematics education titled "Basics of Text-Based Programming: Python" will be organized online on Friday, January 7, between 15.00-17.00 by our department students Mehmet Efe and Orkun Koçak. The content of our workshop will be the logic of Algorithmic Thinking & Computational Thinking, the place of Programming in Mathematics Education, the advantages of Python in text-based programming languages.

We think that our workshop, where we will develop ourselves and equip ourselves with new ideas, will give us new perspectives, and we invite you all to our workshop "Steps Towards Technology in Mathematics Education" which is a series of Step by step to Career Meetings.
