The festival was held with the participation of 1st and 2nd year students of the Department of Mathematics and Science Education and a group of students in English Language School in the coordination of our Grade 2 students Didem Bektaş with the valuable guidance of our research assistants Gizem Güzeller, Merve Seyrek, and Gözde Can. In addition, 4 students from the primary education program and 2 students from the guidance and psychological counseling program supported the festival.

At the festival where 330 secondary school students from 11 public schools participated with the guidance of 20 teachers, activities were organized by our students in ten different stands representing different mathematicians. The participating students enjoyed the math festival with various processes and tasks such as the discovery of the Pi number, activities to calculate the circumference of the circle, resfebe puzzles, making its own book separator, and finding birth date on Pi's steps. Students who completed their school tour by eating pi cookies left the university with the pleasure of a beautiful festival.
